So my wife and I are spending our free Friday night watched PBS because are playing The Highwayman. A super group of Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson and Waylon Jennings. But if Ed ever did this who would you want to see him with? (Be realistic, nobody “gone”) here is mine:

There's an alternative reality somewhere in the multiverse where Eddie Vedder, Chris Cornell, Layne Staley and Kurt Cobain recorded something in their later years.

Wow, love the big 4 idea.

    Here’s mine:

Eddie Vedder, Neil Young, J Mascis, and Doug Martsch (Built to Spill), with Lou and Murph holding down the rhythm section.

Now, we can’t leave out the rest of the boys:

Doug Martsch, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Jeff Ament, and Matt Cameron.

This is all one big tour. Doug and the boys to open, or it can be a coheadlining thing.

Can you imagine the jam to end the night?

    Edit: I can’t count. I didn’t do 4! Oh well.

Scott Weiland adding the icing to the five part harmony cake.

I'd have Danny Carey, Robert DeLeo, Mike and a three part harmony of Ed Chris and Maynard from Tool.

Added Weiland to the five part instead of Maynard as I think he'd fit better with that collective. Or sod it have a six part one 😂

This would be mine made up of still alive musicians.

    EV - vocals/guitar
Nick McCabe (The Verve) - lead guitar
    Scott Reeder (Kyuss) bass
    Jimmy Chamberlain (Smashing Pumpkins) drums

    EV-vocals/guitar
    Jason Isbell-guitar/vocals
    Mike Mills-bass/vocals
    Josh Freese-drums
This one is a bit out there, but I think the vocals of those three together would really be something.

I'd definitely be down for the group you've assembled.
