I hurt peoples feelings complaining about these ticket prices but just want to know if everyone is rich and good with them?

You didn't hurt peoples feelings.  You picked a PJ Premium ticket and then complained about the band.  There was a stadium full of regular priced tickets. You must have gotten in late or missed the lottery drawing.  Your post is only the 27th one about PJ Premium tickets for this tour.  There were hundreds of them last tour.

  • Thanks for the info but was in at 10 pacific waited in Q and this is what was left ;0( unless I wanted nosebleeds at 250.00.  Crazy Vivid had plenty of great tickets.  Thought this was a presale for the fans.....Just respected PJ of old

  • ticket prices across the board are too high.  wait until day of show to get a "better" priced ticket.

Twenty (20) plus year Ten Club member. Was passed-over in the lottery. Paid way too much for two (2) tickets to Philly #1 and #2. That's on me of course. Doubt I'll do it again. Could be the end of the "Long Road"...

Philly 1 was my 50th and last show (wonderful show) I canceled my auto-renew for 10c.
I LOVE this band, been a great ride.
That big pointless screen ate up 15-20% of the seats in the Wells Fargo Center. 10c seats of the past are now listed as PREMIUM. Payed it once now I'm done.
The day of ticket might be the way now.

10c member since the turn of the century. It's time to call it.

It's tough.  10c has a monopoly on PJ stuff, and my membership predates the turn of the century, so I'll keep it going.   The platinum ticket thing is rough.   It's even harder when they can't move the tickets, then blow 'em out at face, and last second ticket buyers get to be closer than 10c'ers.   It's a disappointing system.  I've seen four PJ shows, and 4 EV shows since covid ended, and I think I've actually sat in my own seats for 1 show.   So many upgrading opportunities, that work out better than the 10c tickets.

I do like 10c community, this message board in particular.   Everyone on here is pretty amazing.

Do I feel we 100% get the value for the cost of 10c membership.   Metallica offers similar benefits for free.  U2 charges a similar amount but you get a pretty cool gift every year.    Would I go without a 10c membership?  Never.  10c has a monopoly on my favourite band.  I'll keep subbing :)

It’s weird. After Indy with the new “formula” I am not sure I will travel to see PJ anymore. (Been doing it for a long time and never hesitated)

After seeing the setlists and the reviews of Wrigley I had zero regrets. I’ve been to all the previous Wrigley shows and loved every second of them.

Can't stress this enough. I was shut out of the 10c lottery for Philly night 1 and watched Ticketmaster obsessively for 4 months. They would periodically release tickets on average of $100 less than seats nearby that sold weeks earlier. I finally pulled the trigger about 3 days before the show and paid probably $400-$500 less than seats right near me that sold on day 1 in section 101. If you get shut out of the 10c lottery my advice is to resist the FOMO and wait as long as you can. Just because they say a show is sold out doesn't mean it is (I checked TM from the merch line the day of the show and there were still ok seats available).

Unless you really like the new album, because once it’s tour ends you’ll get 1or 2 songs tops per tour off it going forward.

Very true.  Gigaton is a prime example.

yep....and if you don't get tix in the lottery just wait until day of concert. Hard to do but it's the best way.

yah, this is almost the most insidious part of Platinum.  They complete lack of transparency.  They create artificial scarcity by holding back inventory, making people thing a show is almost sold out and the only way in is platinum, only to find out closer to the show there were 1000's of tickets not posted yet. Grrr...

I really do loathe the modern ticket systems.  I have travel off an Island to go see shows in Vancouver or Seattle.  It usually means time off work, booking hotels etc.... Really hard things to do when you don't have tickets in hand :(
