...And why are Deer Creek tickets worse?!

This is a friggin boondoggle. Been a member since 1995. Shut out in Chicago, this happened to me only one time previously, so I'm definitely lucky in that respect, and, fine, I can take it, unhappily, but I can accept it.  But now I look at my Deer Creek tickets and those were moved 10 seats further from center than they were last year - shouldn't they have gotten better if anything because of cancellations?!  I'm going assume this is a Ticketmaster problem more than anything else, but come on!
