Wrigley ADA seat questions (Ticketmaster help)

So on Ticketmaster pre-sale that began at 12pm today there's 0 ADA seats. Ticketmaster shows ADA1 and ADA2 sections right by the stage by the pit for wheelchairs.
I contacted Ticketmaster who said the reason why they're ot showing is because this is the presale, not the general public sale.
So I asked them when does the general sale start then, and their reply was it could be a completely different date in the future or it could be after the pre-sale.
Any ideas, tips, recommendations, suggestions?
