Are Wrigley Tickets Transferrable

Just got my ticket assignment for night 1 and the transfer button is blacked out. I’m supposed to buy tickets from someone for N2 who agreed to sell me there’s once they had their tickets in their account. Anyone know anything about this? I thought Chicago and New York tickets were transferrable?
