How is registered fan any better than the old days of everyone just signing on and acting as quickly as possible?

I suspect TM did this to keep it a little lighter on their servers (yet they charge more than ever).
Nah. They do it to suss out demand so they know how to price the premium seats. And then they make sure to give priority to all of the resellers for the face value tickets.

Side view for Baltimore just opened up.

  • Waitinglist.  I have just had shit luck with 10c the last 5 years.
  • Landed MSG night 1 lower level. I got lucky, in and out pretty quickly. Was in the TM app about an hour early.

The rate at which these $1000+ seats for MSG are being gobbled up is nuts.
Probably not really being gobbled up.  Just the TM algo trying to make you think you better buy one before it’s too late.

maybe - but different sections/rows/seats.  Haven't seen the same areas come back up.  I think it's more they only make a few available at at time.

Got Philly 1 & 2; had codes for both and logged in under different browsers.
Both are side view 200 level, but were face value and just happy we are in the building!

Tried to buy tickets for the Philly night one show with my access code. $900 in front of the stage and $600 in the nosebleeds. I think not.

  • MSG1. Initially 2,449 people ahead of me. I got in and saw roughly 8 tickets available, all singles, and by the time I clicked on any of them they were gone. Refreshing did nothing, just premium at that point, and I'm not spending $850+. So, with all that said, I'll be hitting the forums and f2f over the next several months. Anyone looking to help a brutha or 2 out with MSG and Philly let me know.

had had a $700 lower in my cart for msg and was tempted but just out of my commit now range, knowing Stu. Hub will be much more til minutes before show.

it stinks that they refuse to play number of shows to match NE demand, they know and charge market prices yet do nothing about it. Seven shows is most in NE since 2013 and demand is quadruple here vs anywhere else

They opened up side stage for both Philly shows face value.  grabbed a pair for Philly 1 and a single for Philly 2.  In the house, thats all that matters.

  • Snagged a single msg n1 section 115(mike side stage)on tickpick for well below premium price/slight face value markup. Figured it was the best deal I'd see other than the chance of a f2f miracle.

In their defense playing two shows at Fenway alleviates that by being over 5x the capacity of two shows at MSG. Really don't understand why they don't play any larger venues that exist in NYC besides Ed clearly likes MSG.

I think PJ has always had rear stage open at MSG and Philly right?  I fully expect the behind the stage seats to populate at some point

I was very lucky.  Got in the queue with 270 in front of me for MSG2  Got sec. 109 for face.  Had to keep checking they were face.  Memeber #87xxx .  For 9/11/2022 i was in sec 117.  I don't think those seats were even available for the 10c this year.

  • So there were no behind the stage seats for MSG or Philly? I was curious about their new stage setup for this tour, it could eliminate behind the stage seats which would be a major loss.

I didn't get the 10C tickets (had requests for MSG N1 and N2, and Philly N1) but I was registered for MSG Night 1, got two tickets section 213 row 18. Not great but not terrible. Wow that was stressful but super happy I got them. :)

Might want to think about opening a new account.   Supposedly there are algorithms in place that if for some reason your account gets flagged as not being authentic, you may never qualify for a VF sale.  No idea what might cause something like that and it could always just be shit luck but if you’ve tried often and never got it once there might be a problem.

I don’t beleive getting off the waitlist is actually a thing. It’s never happened for me, even months after on-sale and plenty of tickets available.
