Value of an old 10C Member Number
Apologies if this has been discussed before.
Is there already a black market for 10C profiles with low numbers? It wouldn't be that hard to transfer the account to someone.
THEORETICALLY (don't yell at me mods) how much would a number in the 100,000s fetch?

you have a better chance on getting better seats F2F while saving the yearly Membership.
I’ll try my luck on F2F

By the way, thanks for finding a new way to make me feel old :P
My number is 340xxx from 2004, and I went to 6 of the 8 shows last year without using the tickets I won. Before 2020, my number would get me 3rd closest lower bowl section next to the stage and that’s great for the big demand shows. Truth be told, it wasn’t because of F2F from 2020-2024, it was more because of the community here and then using F2F to send the tickets. That’s how it’s always been in 10c, looking out for familiar names and faces. The last time I used my own tickets was GA for MSG 2022.
There has definitely been a bit of a meh in the recent years with tickets being set back, further and ticketmaster not really having a great idea of how things should allocate. Say you have sections 100 and 102 on stage right Stone side. 100 being directly stage side 102 being the next section over. The seats would be better allocated by number across the rows of those two sections vs bottom to top and then starting over. Basically you could have a number like 135,xxx and be in row D of 100, I have a number 141,xxx and in row S of 100, then somebody with 150,xxx can have row B in 102. It is somewhat splitting hairs, but it is not allocated in the best fashion.

10c has always been phenomenal. I've had front row at MSG ('10), 3rd row in Camden ('98), 4th row in Camden (2000), 6th row in Philly ('05), all 4 Spectrum shows, always great seats with little hassle. My next show will be my 50th. I'm not sure yet where it will be, but I know It will happen. I was lucky enough to score P1 reserved for both Boston shows this time around. I had requested 2 MSG, 2 Philly, 2 Boston. The demand is super high anymore. I can't complain at all. I've gotten to see them 49 times since '95.

For Austin, it sucked to see literally dozens of seats in the fist two wing sections list at face value the day of the show. I was watching tickets closely and those same seats were PJ Premium listed at 3-4x in the days leading up but must not have sold so they lowered them to face. Historically those would have been fan club seats. I have P1 for Montana and both Boston shows and have pretty low expectations for the quality of seats.
I understand the curiosity of the question. Its no different than an old vinyl you never intend to sell and checking what it is worth for fun. I've actually wondered the same thing, but never asked it out loud.
My guess it would have been worth a lot more 5 or 6 years ago. But with the trend of more seats farther back, fewer shows to attend and uncertainty of how the lottery actually works, probably not a whole lot right now.
