Can Someone Explain How Fan 2 Fan Works?

Got 10C tix to Vegas1 but looks like I was shut out for Vegas 2.  I've got plans to be in Vegas through 5/19 so definitely want to go to Vegas 2.  Is the Fan 2 Fan resale basically the same as buying other resale tickets on ticketmaster (think NBA or NFL game) which is basically the same process as buying regular tickets or is there something more complicated about Fan 2 Fan?  I haven't seen anything that clearly explains this process.  Any tips/advice would be appreciated.  Trying to avoid having to buy PJ Premium if possible.

New to this board so if this has been covered in another thread, let me know where and I'll take a look.

    F2F is open to everyone, 10c member or not. You can also resell verified fan tickets for face. If someone is selling tickets, those will simply appear on the event page for sale and show as "face value fan resale" or something like that. There will also be premium tickets listed on the same page, so make sure you don't accidentally pick a pair that is hundreds of $$ over face.
