hey all, its been so long since i posted, hope everyone is doing good. well, now, i own a marshall avt50 and a Godin Freeway (and a marshall guvnor and keeley ds-1) and im happy with it all..well kind of. my distortion sounds are not particularly good to be honest, this is not anything against the AVT as i am unable to use the distortion on that as it is as buzzy as hell at bedroom volume..so i put the gain setting on the dist channel way way down and run my guvnor/ds-1 into that channel..however, i am not getting the kind of distortion sounds i want, i'm not expecting anything amazing, but i expect better than i have... i was looking at the vox tonelab, seems like a VERY nice unit..i was wondering what you guys all thought of it? can it do some of the heavier PJ sounds? (ie, animal, evenflow etc).. thanks for any insight you can provide.
seems that needlessly its getting harder
