I am trying to order tickets and am using the following as a guideline:There will be two ways to shop for tickets in North America:
  1. Ten Club Members-Only* Presale powered by Ticketmaster Request — tap here to get started.
  2. Registration Sale — tap here to sign up.
There doesn't appear to be a way to do both as the links end up taking me to the same place and indicate I have already requested tickets.

Extremely frustrating and hard to understand.
