10c Presale Credit Card Info

I'm paranoid that I may have entered my credit card info incorrectly, and I know if you get tickets and the charge doesn't go through on your credit card for any reason, they cancel your tickets and give them to another member. So does anyone know if there's any way to check your credit card info? I was able to pull my up ticket request online but it doesn't include the credit card details. I know I could cancel the request and redo it, but I'd rather not have to do that... A few people have mentioned that a temporary charge went to their credit card when they put their request in. I didn't see that, which is only feeding my fear that I entered my info incorrectly.. Thanks in advance!

If you put the numbers in wrong the system wont let the transaction go through to begin with. If you got the completed ticket request email you should be good.

I'm glad you asked this question I am in the same boat. I never received the temporary charge either.
I just emailed the ten tickemaster help people and they said they received my request. For OCD purposes I rather not cancel my request and do it over either lol, so I think we are good.

Just redo it if you're truly concerned

I instinctively rushed through the request process without putting much thought into it, but now having a mild panic.   Am I right thinking that it’s the payment card linked to my 10C account that’ll be charged?

no, at the end of the ticket request process you enter a credit card or debit card and then hit submit to render a confirmation of request

Aaah ok, thanks.   Covid’s done a number on my short term memory but I’ve got a confirmation email so I must’ve entered those details on autopilot.

Glad I wasn’t the only one feeling paranoid. But now I’m reading all this stuff online about the fans in NZ and Australia who won tickets but their credit card declined the transaction so they lost them. Seems to be an Amex problem. Which is what I used. Ugh. I should stay off the internet.

I never got a email confirmation from 10 Club. When I went through the process and made my choices and added credit info, it said I was registered. I just checked using the same 10 Club link to TM (pretending I was going to add another show), and it still shows as registered. However I also did the TM presale and they did send me a email with info on what to do. If you enter 10 Club and properly enter the info, all you have to do is wait for the yea or nay.

    Confirmation came from Ticketmaster
