Ticketmaster seems to be rejecting any attempt for non UK shows


"I got a 'Transaction declined based on your payment settings' error – what does this mean?"

This means we could not validate your all of your billing and credit card info. Please review your Billing name, address, and zip code, and make sure it matches the card you are using to submit your ticket request.

Card isn't blocked, tried different WifI etc.

    I was just trying to figure out the same thing. Here's how:

    1. See Presale rules via Pearl Jam's home page
    2. Scroll down to section 'How To Submit A Ticket Request Step-By-Step'
    3. See links by country. For example, if you're requesting Vancouver tix you'll need to submit your request via TM Canada

    Getting this issue but only for Spain from the UK, the US presale worked fine, no idea how to get over this error

    That error you are getting is likely due to your bank thinking it is a suspicious transaction, as 1 pound is taken from the card to ensure it is valid.

    You'll likely receive a text from the bank asking you to ok it.

    Anyone know if I can enter presale for 2 shows now, and later add a third if I want? It’s not a one time thing to select your presale choice?

    thanks for replies, so my CC company say all is okay and TM need to sort,  TM say it is my CC, oh well.   So I will have to see if I can get in the general sale scrummage.

    I had the same issue with cc company and tm. I approved the payment and was still getting the error even after having approved.

    I left ot for about 15mins and went back to it and got through.
