I ordered just the ball and had to pay $15 in Canada for customs. This also happened on my last poster from pj. Please figure this out Tenclub. After the shipping cost this is an unnecessary sting and may prevent me from very many future purchases. I have seen other sites selling records including customs in their shipping price, that might be a route to look into. But there has to be a solution.

It looks like the bag and ball are basically the exact same quality as the ones from the tour, right? I guess they saw how popular they were.
I'm sure that was it... they both sold out super quick last year.

If 10club took a break and didn't put the full value of the item on the custom form that might help those of us purchasing outside the USA. Those items shipped to USA residents yes put the full value & some if you want. But international customers, take it easy on those customs forms.

I'm sure it would be illegal to put false information on that type of form

So weird how in this single, solitary instance 10C has decided to be unhelpful. What an unexpected break from their regular service routine.

Instead of asking the band to break the law, you could ask your own country's government to get rid of tariffs.

Does the shirt feel like it's going to hold together? That big lettering looks like it could come off/fade off kinda quick.

It's masochism. They actually love it. My favorite part of any "merch is being delivered" thread is every Canadian feeling compelled to tell us what their customs fees were. It's like discussing the weather.

That would be fraud if they’re bound by the T&C of their shipping partner for insurance purposes.

I have other shirts like this, it's actually not terrible quality. I think it's more likely to develop small holes right next to where the ink stops. At least that's what I've seen with some older shirts of mine, but it would have to be worn and washed a lot for that to happen.

At this point, I have so many band shirts, I only wear my a couple of times a year.

Agree, the quality is pretty good. I washed my shirts and the print holds up.

Email from Canada Post this morning. I've been hit with custom fees on my 2024 Membership Bundle. :|

Me too, only ordered the bag and had to pay $35 in taxes and customs fees this morning. 👎
So now you’ve essentially paid well over $100 dollars for a bag that should have cost no more than $35-$45.

Appreciate the post on the discount. Thank you! I wanted the basketball and figured I'd regret not getting it. Sonics, 10C, etc, pretty cool.

$100 is the new price down from $140. The $140 price was the price for the bundle. The price of everything bought individually was $166.

It was basically "buy the basketball and the bag and get the shirt and sticker free". The $100 reflects the new prices. You can still buy the items separate, but if you want the basketball and bag, the other two items are basically free.
