Working titles
So we all know that Vs. was originally intended to be titled Five Against One (and there were even some cassettes that showed this title on the actual cassette itself). And most of us likely know that Vitalogy was at one point going to be titled Life (at least according to the singles for "Spin the Black Circle," "Not for You" and "Immortality," which all say that they are taken from the Epic album Life).
Is anyone aware of any other working titles for other Pearl Jam albums?
With respect to songs, I can think of a few apparent working titles, based on "official" information from the band:
"Comatose" was originally titled "Crapshoot Rapture"
"Light Years" was originally titled "Puzzles and Games"
"Sad" was originally titled "Letter to the Dead"
Any others people are aware of? I know "Lukin" was shown as "100 Pacer" on some unofficial bootlegs before No Code, but I don't think that title came from the band. Can anyone corroborate that?
