Someone see if Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit is available!
I can’t believe he’s never been booked before. Fits the vibe

Anyway he’s in a 19 day break in between TN and NC shows, so, not impossible

Lukas Nelson is at Pilgrimmage that weekend so no chance of a healthy Neil with Promise of the Real
Sadly Neil is also one of the people with health issues at the moment…

Sucks that Neil can't make it. I don't think Ed would sing 3 nights in a row.

Isbell would be the perfect replacement imo.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Probably a better live performer at this point, too

I bet PJ does a third night but like an all acoustic show or something to keep it easy

The fest needs to generate revenue & not just from us.

Call Watt, and have him see if Miley is down for a rock show.

Not happening IMHO. They will find someone else to play. I would love to be wrong. I love this fest, but three consecutive shows does not seem likely.

Was flying over for two Neil Young shows (and the chance of mirrorball live). I don’t think there is an artist who would even make up for it by even 20%. Maybe a NIN x Lauryn Hill collab.

Man. Will have to think about this now. Will wait for the lineup update, but I guess I will eat the cost and skip the trip.

Hope he or whoever it is with health comcerns gets better!

Really bummed as I cancelled my MSG plans in favor of Neil + PJ.

With a few months prep Jack White could return (seems crazy enough for him to fill in), Foos would be tough as they got a Sunday headlining act on the east coast Sunday

I just wonder if Neil might end up being a possibility after all, since there's so much time to recuperate and get back to concert mode.
I was So looking forward to I'm The Ocean, by the ocean...

    Just wishful thinking.

They're not going to make an official cancellation announcement, only to bring him back later. It's possible he may make a surprise guest appearance. But his set isn't happening.

Oh. Yeah. Renting a bike might be an option then also :)

With the festival ending so early (?) at night... taking some time getting home isn't that big of a hassle

And luckily with the US not being a "tax nightmare" like here in Sweden, a beer at the festival must be like 2-3 dollars. Amazing!
Definitely rent a bike.  I usually stay in San Clemente and rent an e-bike as well.  There's a few places to rent from in SC.  It's a nice cruise down to the show and you can park/lock it at the designated bike area.  Easy in/easy out.

I don’t think they’ll offer a refund.  For sure not on the 3 day and probably not on the 1 day Saturday.  There’s probably fine print that says you’re buying a ticket for the festival not an individual performer.  Like a baseball ticket when there’s no guarantee who’s in the lineup.  I don’t think they’d have the gall to try to rely on that if PJ canceled but I’d be surprised if they didn’t rely on it for Neil.

when Neil cancelled a Swedish festival in 2013 I think everyone with a day ticket got a ticket for the full festival.

Bummed to hear the news about NY and Crazy Horse.  Would have been a first for me like many others.  If I'm to put a thought into the aether as to who I would want to replace... Ben Harper would be great especially if it's a Relentless7 based setlist.

In any case, still looking forward to a great first Ohana experience.

    Paul Weller. Johnny Marr.

Paul Weller wraps up his US tour in SoCal the end of September. I know Ed has connections to him because they both played the Teenage Cancer Trust benefit. He's an absolute legend and a great live act.
