Too soon? Nah. Less than a year until 30th anniversary of Vitalogy. I can still remember recording it off the radio station KROQ when they debuted it early. What do you guys hope for this release? What color vinyl? 45 rpm like the others? Etc.
I think it would be amazing if they included an official copy of the tour video that never got released with it. I would love to have an official copy of that.
To celebrate, UCR has your chance to win a special Vitalogy prize pack featuring the album in high resolution audio on Blu-ray, plus a vinyl copy of the record and a Vitalogy t-shirt. As a bonus, we'll toss in a stack of official bootleg concerts from the band's current Dark Matter tour.
Good point! It’d be an interesting list if they do. Off the top of my head, some good choices….
01 Last Exit - Missoula 2003 02 Spin The Black Circle - NYC 2003 03 Not For You - Mansfield 2000 04 Tremor Christ - Memphis 2000 05 Nothingman - Auburn Hills 2006 06 Whipping - Toronto 2006 07 Corduroy - Las Vegas 2003 08 Satan’s Bed - San Diego 2006 09 Better Man - Kansas City 2000 10 Immortality - Toronto 2000
I don’t think any live versions of Bugs are available on Spotify or Apple Music. As far as I know, the other three tracks have never been performed in a live setting.
