UPS Mail Innovations - Issue(s)

Hello!  I am not one to usually talk about shipping, but is anyone else still waiting for their posters from the most recent online sale?  I have not received either of my Chicago posters.  The 9/7 one left Washington on 10/13/23 (and no update since) and the other 10/18/23 (and no update since).  Is this normal?  Does this service usually take this long?  It is like they just disappeared. Before I contact the 10C I just wanted to know whether anyone else has ever waited this long? Thanks in advance!

    I’ve had such bad luck with getting posters shipped to me. Not just PJ posters but still. Torn posters, smashed tubes, lost packages, the wrong poster.... One time I contacted the website I bought a poster from, they sent a replacement, got it no issues, 4-5 months later I eventually got the original one.

    Not a poster but my VMP yield vinyl has gone missing. Shipped from 10 with mail innovations. No point in contacting them until its missing for 90 days as you will only get the general shipping terms in response.

    I had a couple posters go missing.  They finally arrived.  All the site told me was "in Seattle".  I think the shipping ended up being 2-3 weeks total.  Was frustrating as the tracking did not really work.

    My purchases went through the Ship app and it includes tracking. Sometimes I have to check tracking in a couple different places (cut and paste to check USPS or UPS sites) to get the actual updates. Hope that helps, not trying to point out the obvious.

    Mail Innovations takes a long time. Longer than necessary. It is the worst. Yours does seem to be taking even longer than usual. Good luck!

    This is definitely the longest I’ve waited for a poster in a long time. I realize that mail innovations takes their sweet ass time but this last round of posters is taking forever!

    I’ve had this happen…and it was actually with the last vault vinyl. I went to local post office and they told me to keep waiting, but the very next day it started moving and I received it 2 days later. Can’t convince me it was a coincidence. As a seller, I had one item in particular go missing for a month with media mail and it randomly showed up at the guys place a month later. Things like this do happen and odds are it’s lost temporarily some place. Frustrating, but it shows up 9/10 times.

    My EV Benaroya2 poster seems to be stuck in Mail Innovations limbo as well.
    Still shows stuck in Seattle, with last update Nov 1st.

    Yet somehow the Benaroya1 poster arrived super fast… ordered 10/27, arrived 11/3.

    Maybe just me, but I'm confused on this TenClub shipping policy:

    "Domestic orders that do not arrive within 45 days of the shipping date are eligible for refund or replacement, depending on merchandise quantities. You must make contact with Ten Club within that 45 day period* to be eligible for a refund or reshipment. (If your missing parcel is a Membership Item, it will be reshipped, not refunded)."

    The way I'm reading it is you can't file a claim of your order missing until after 45 days, but at the same time you need to contact them before 45 days from the ship date has passed.

    I just don't want to waste their time or mine by contacting them too soon. My poster shows as being in Fife WA -     Enroute to USPS, for the past 2-3 weeks.

    Contact them if no update after 30 days perhaps? but no action will be taken until 45 days has passed?

    I know…I read that as well.  I have absolutely NO idea what that means.  I personally would think, out of common sense, that you would contact them after 45 days from when the item was shipped.  Mine are starting to quickly approach that 45 day mark…

    Seriously though. Where are these posters? Has anyone received their Ft Worth posters up in Canada yet?  “On the way“ from UPS isn’t doing it for me.

    Well, I still have not received either of my Chicago posters.  One departed Fife, WA on 10/13/23 and the other departed Fife, WA on 10/18/23.  Ever since then, absolutely no updates and no poster(s).  USPS Mail Innocations really sucks, quite frankly,  I will probably contact 10C soon.

    Same. Indy shipped 10/13. Still nothing. Been about 10 miles away for a few weeks.

    Contact them before 45 days are up. It says “within that 45 day period.” I.e., I’d let them know right now!

    My Austin poster arrived but of course it was damaged.

    This makes me feel better that my Vs vinyl ostensibly shipped on 11/6 hasn’t arrived yet. It might still come!

    The 11/6 date is just when the labels were all printed.  Santos said they would start shipping this last week, but if it's the same as in the past, they do International first, then East to West coast. Being I'm on the West Coast, mine hasn't even shipped yet.  When the tracking status goes from "Shipment Ready for UPS" to something like "Origin Scan", that's when they have possession if it.
