    How will bidding work?

Popcorn Bidding: When a bid is placed within 1 minute of the scheduled end to the auction, an extended time period of 2 minutes will be added and the countdown starts again. This process will continue until bidding stops and there is a winning bid.

Proxy Bidding / Automatic Bidding: Customers are able to set a maximum bid, triggering automatic bidding until the set limit is reached.

Second Chance Offers: If you were outbid and would like to  purchase a poster by matching the winning bid, reach out to help@amesbros.com. Supplies are limited. Serious inquiries only.

    Bidding is in $50 increments.

Winning bid does not include shipping and handling fees.

Winning bidder will receive an email with detailed instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox and complete purchase in a timely manner.

All bidders agree to the terms of our live auction policy.

Placing a bid on an auction is a commitment to purchase. View our live auction policy here: https://amesbrosshop.com/pages/returns-refunds-policies

    Are these reprints?
No. We have carefully maintained a stored archive of each and every poster we've ever created.

Are you auctioning all of the posters in your archive?
No. Only select posters which we will announce at the beginning of each month.

    Are these legit?
Heck yes! The posters are all from the original run/edition. After looking around at what's available in the market, we see a lot of fake signatures. This is a chance to buy directly from the actual artists and guarantee authenticity.

What kind of condition are the posters in?
Everything available is in mint or near mint condition (unless otherwise noted). Keep in mind that even though the posters have been carefully stored away and treated with the utmost care, they are all hand crafted items. Because of this, they are often a little bit unique in and of themselves and a little different from each other. We find that to be a beautiful thing. We've worked with dozens of different printers over the years, and each has their own style, ink and paper stock. That said, we won't put anything up for sale with dog-ears, creases, marks, etc; and if we do, we will make a note of it. Otherwise assume it's in M/NM condition.

How long will the auctions last?
The auctions will last for 24 hrs. Auctions will begin at 10 AM PST and end the following day at 10 AM PST.

    How will the posters ship?
All will ship fully insured in a sturdy tube via whatever premium shipping service.

How long until my poster ships?
Please allow 2-3 weeks before orders are processed and begin to ship. You will receive a shipping notice when your poster is packaged and ready to ship.

    Will you offer returns?
No, we will not. All sales are final. All shipments will be fully insured against any damage that could occur during shipping.

Can I cancel a bid I placed by accident or that I changed my mind on?
No. Because this is a short auction window, if you bid and win, it's yours. To ask us to cancel after isn't fair to us or other bidders. Please make up your mind before you bid.

Will you ship outside of the US and Canada?
No, we will only be shipping archive prints to the US and Canada at this time.

    Happy bidding!

    FAQs

    When is this happening?
The sale begins Tuesday, May 19th at 10AM PST, and wraps up at midnight on May 20th.

    Are these reprints?
No. We have carefully maintained a stored archive of each and every poster we've ever created.

Are you offering all of the posters in your archive?
No. Only posters from shows that occurred this month will be for sale. And not every poster we’ve ever designed will be available.

How many are available of each poster for sale?
    At least one.

Will they be at original pricing?
No. Pricing will be at or near market value.

Should I get in touch to complain or haggle on the price?
No. Go outside and enjoy your day. So will we.

    Are these legit?
Heck yes! The posters are all from the original run/edition. After looking around at what's available in the market, we see a lot of fake signatures. This is a chance to buy directly from the actual artists and guarantee authenticity.

How long will the sale last?
The sale will last for 2 days or until the posters are all sold out. All of the posters will be made available on the 1st day of the sale around 10am.

Will all the posters be put up for sale at the same time?
    Yes.

Does this archive sale include t-shirts?
No. Right now this is poster specific, but we will be releasing more older tee designs over the next few months.

    How will the posters ship?
All will ship fully insured in a sturdy tube via whatever premium shipping service you chose.

Can I cancel an order I placed by accident or that I changed my mind on?
No. Because this is a short sales window of 2 days, if you buy it, it's yours. To ask us to cancel after isn't fair to us or other people who are interested in the poster. Please make up your mind before you buy.

Will you ship outside of the US and Canada?
No, we will only be shipping archive prints to the US and Canada at this time.

    Can I combine multiple orders?
No. In an effort to expedite orders and stay organized, individual orders will be shipped as such.

    See ya Tuesday!

only worth mentioning because IF… 😉

    ?!?
Does that mean the time was fine tuned because of foreseeable parallel actions in the PJ universe?

IF, it’s triple parallel action now.
