Using Member Codes to Download 2023 Shows - How Do You Do It?

I have a bunch of codes for digital downloads and tried to download every type of version from the site for the 2nd Ft. Worth show I attended but it says the codes are not applicable. Anyone know how to get those codes to work? I have not D/L anything in years from here.

If your code is still valid, you should just have to put it into the spot for discounts at checkout.  The last time I used them though, they were only good for the .mp3 versions.

Didn't work today for mp3 version.... wonder if they're all dead?

Ok, check that, used one of the longer codes - and it did work.  I have several other codes... that didn't.  Hmmmm. Maybe learning here is to use thy damn codes ealier.

Right next to my codes, it says "Redeemed" or "Valid".  I'm looking at them on the computer though.  Not sure about how it looks on my phone.
