Nugs Vs Website purchase

Hi Everyone…. I did a search for my question. But couldn’t find the answer.

I purchased one of the recent shows from the PJ shop. And all I get it this weird link in the order history with a download manager that doesn’t work.

Now I’m seeing that I should have purchased it at Nugs.

But I don’t want to have to buy this download twice.

Is there a way to transfer the order/download from the Pear Jam site to Nugs?!

I’ve been trying and searching and can’t figure it out. I feel like an idiot.

Thanks for your help!

I can't use that download manager either, but just download the files one by one.

    Ok. Thanks. I did that.

Downloaded the files onto my phone.

Just wish I could open it in a simple app and listen to the concert in full.

I guess I’ve been spoiled by Apple Music / Spotify over the years. This just seem very not user friendly.

Nugs download manager is the Tsurt's T-shirt of download managers.

Every time I buy a bootleg I try the download manager and every time it doesn't work.  Drives me nuts.
  • Just curious are you using Android or iPhone. I used to download shows on my computer then transfer them but I no longer have a computer.  I was just trying to figure out how to get these shows on my phone

If you want to listen in an app without downloading, you can subscribe to Nugs and steam any show on their app.

I love the Nugster app. It's so easy to use. Order your bootleg over at nugs.net. On your Desktop PC log into your account in the Nugster software. The new purchase awaits your download. Click show purchase and let it download in the background.
  • This is part of the reason I started paying the yearly subscription of about 50 bucks to nugs. Gives me access to all the stuff I need. I always buy the cd from Pearl Jam if I attend the show. I found the downloading process of one song at a time to be so annoying and time consuming.

I have an old BlackBerry Leap that I use for all of my concerts.  It downloads quite easily to it.   But yes, it’s song by song.

The shows you purchase / download over @ Nugs are included in the My Library section of your Nugs App. They are pretty much streamed files. They are not digital download files saved on your Desktop PC or smartphone.
