    I've seen 10 shows since Gigaton and didn't get Retrograde. Only one besides Comes Then Goes. Despite all the Gigaton hate around here, kind of sad about it.

    Agreed on Retrograde.  Would also love more Alright and at least one appearance of Comes then Goes. Love those songs.

    I love it as well.  This is only the 8th time it has been played.  Last time was the Apollo show.  With the new album I thought it would never be heard from again.

    The reason that people don't have the reaction to the newer songs has little to do with quality. It has to do with famiiarity. Many of the people at the shows have never heard Gigaton. Many others may have only listened to it a few times. A lot of it is a function of the declining amount of time most people spend with new music as they get older. The 17-year-old who listened to Ten twice a day for a year in 1991 is a 46-year-old in 2020 with a job and a family who doesn't spend as much time marinating in new music, even if it's by one of their favorite bands. Obviously, this is a generalization, and there are people who do spend a lot of time with new music. (I'm one of them.)
