100th show/14th marathon/FTW night 2

October 1st I will be running my 14th consecutive Twin Cities Marathon. I am doing 8 shows this tour (had skipped postponed Indy). Many beers and miles have been consumed so far this tour.

My 100th show is Fort Worth night 2. I will be running 20 miles before the show. 

My first marathon in 2009 was a couple weeks after Backspacer was released. I remember mile 16 thinking "making hay, this is living" and it made me smile.

I'd love to hear Unthought Known Friday night for a final training push. (Or, Got Some or Force of Nature). Regardless, thank you to the band for the years of music. Hope they and everyone is healthy!

    I think all three of those songs would be great, but Force of Nature would be my top pick followed by Got Some. I think the Avocado and BackSpacer albums don't get enough love on tour. I remember the 2006 tour when World Wide Suicide and Life Wasted would really get the crowd going.

    It is up there for me, but can't put it ahead of Ten & Vs. which rotate as favorite for me.

    Dylan is huge part of my “PJ family” and his dedication to shows and to running is unwavering. He is GA for show 100! Here’s hoping for an epic dedication of Unthought Known for one of my favorite people to see during the tour (for a beer AFTER his training is complete).

    I'll be at the show with Dylan tonight.  It will be my 39th show with him and 41st overall.  We have seen it all...seen the world in the PJ journey.  He's just an incredible fan and person and the band means everything to him.  He's been looking forward to this 100th show and here's hoping that it will be a memorable one.

    I really hope the band sees this one - Eddie could do a lot here, e.g. making Dylan run a couple laps around the concourse before they bust  into Unthought Known....
