Explain how GA line and line up is working this tour?

Looking for knowledge on how the GA line up and entrance process is working this tour? Line up whenever? Line up at 4 and doors open at 6? 
How are people negotiating the lining up for merch and GA at the same time?

    We got there in St. Paul at 330 Thursday and then 4 Saturday. 4th row center and 3rd row Stone's side. They have all the merchandise inside for the GA people from what I saw.

    Hey! I was also in line at that time for Thursday's show in St Paul! Also around 4th row center! We had to have met!
    Anyway, yes. It seemed pretty easy to get up toward the front and no line at the merch table when I entered. I almost felt like I was cheating. Especially after seeing 4.5 hour wait time outside for merch!
