what effect(s) is he using on those?
standin above the crowd
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
eager to identify with
someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way

    Little Wing was probably mostly clean through a Twin Reverb, and the solo probably some sort of Roger Mayer fuzz, a subtle bit of Roger Mayer Octavia and some Uni-vibe possibly or subtle tremelo from the Twin. Jimi was like Roger Mayer's muse, or vice versa.

    Land of the new rising sun,,,, I have to find that to hear it again,,, but if I remember correctly, probably a Uni-vibe.
