TICKETS STOLEN from TM!!!

Pray for me folks. I just received an email that my PJ tix for all my Texas dates were "successfully transferred" despite me NOT transferring them. I finally got TM on the horn and they are working on fixing this but I have no confirmation. The only sliver of hope I have is that since the PJ tix haven't even been made available to us just yet, they may be able to stop the transfer. But I had another pair for Billy Joel in my account and those are gone and even left me a name of who took them. EVERYONE GO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALL GOOD. And send me good thoughts that this all gets resolved. FML.

    Best of luck. I would hope TM would be able to clean this up pretty easily and quickly!

    Exactly. They don't make it easy to get them on the phone but the guy did sympathize and sent an urgent message to get on this. Imagine the panic of seeing 4 shows (5 technically) disappear and then not be able to get back in to my account. I'm still trembling.

    Yes. I have noticed that which is giving me some hope that this won't be too big of an issue, but I clearly received an email stating they had. Even the TM rep said he was seeing activity on their end and would investigate. For a while there all 4 shows had disappeared from my account.
