How to get the bootleg downloads on Apple Phone?

I don't know if this has been answered anywhere, but how do I get the bootleg downloads to show up on an IPhone Music app?  I used to use ITunes but that doesn't work anymore.  IS there another way to get the music so that I can have it on my phone to listen too?

    What do you mean iTunes doesn’t work? That’s all I use.

    I can't hook up my phone to Itune/computer to move songs over to my Iphone.  At least not on the IPhone 13

    I’m curious, is that normal with newer phones that they won’t sync? Or do you just have to use the adapter?
    Im rocking the iPhone 7, so haven’t had to worry about anything new for a while.
