Flying in early to bum around Austin for a few days. Most definitely thinking of taking in the Longhorns game Saturday night. Any tips suggestions for pregame / in game things to definitely not miss. Big college football fan but have only been to Badger games in Madison. I assume UT will have a similar vibe - just plus 50 degrees. Appreciate any in sight. See you in Austin.

    Plenty of tailgating around the stadium. Scholz’ Garden is a great place to check out before the game. They also do pregame concerts outside the stadium by the LBJ museum. 

    My one game in Madison was 20 degrees and snowy so this will be much different!

    I'll also be in Austin early Saturday and going to the game.  If you or anyone else wants to meet up for some pregame lets do it.  I've never been to Austin so I'm just playing things as they come since I don't know where to go.

    Being from Milwaukee Scholz Garden definitely looks like my jam. Thanks for the recommendation.

    Should be a fun game after the huge win last week. Big Boi is playing the pregame concert before the game. I just got a ticket for the game so I’ll be there too.

    Nah, hit the Czech Stop in West. My car automatically pulls off the highway at that exit. Lol.

    Did anyone notice in Chicago that Eddie was using a longhorns stool in the seated part?

    will leave Saturday am from ft worth as early as my hangover allows …. The cowboys game kinda fucks  me up, ft worth to Austin Saturday, then back to Dallas Sunday, then after game back to austin…. I was gonna drop Texas game, but the only live once mantra won…I’m dickies lot now, super stoked 

    Parked near merch truck, will try inside if not don’t care

    Thinking about the Longhorns game now, but will have to Stubhub it looks like. Never really used it. Anyone have any issues with it?

    Never had issues. Seat geek is usually a bit cheaper though.
