    The 1980s are when I first remember baseball so my first instincts are often towards those from the middle of the 1980s.

    The trick with those is think of guys who didn't play very long because they didn't do well or got hurt. For my Angels one team pick, I went with Darrell Miller, who was a catcher for a few years in the 1980s and happens to be Reggie Miller's brother

    Can it be for like say 1 year?  Does that even count?
    could be one at-bat, as long as a player did not appear in the majors with any other team.
