Vitalogy in her sleeve paper versus glossy

Just noticing that my two copies of Vitalogy from 94 have different sleeves. One is paper and one is more glossy. Can anyone shed some light on to why there is a difference?
96' - Hartford
98'- Hartford, Mansfield Night 2
00' - Mansfield Night 2
03' - Mansfield Night 1
04' - VFC St Louis
10' - Kansas City
13' - OKC
14' - St Louis, Tulsa, Lincoln
16' - Chicago Night 1

    Different runs. My first 2 copies were like that too. I got one on release date and then my shitty TT scratched that up that I bought another copy the following summer upon buying a new TT. 

    I’d bet one was the initial run for release day and then they did another run soon after.
