Austin, TX TC Tix Question/Help

Hello!
Okay, so I've combed the discussions and have read the ticket policy here: Tickets General – Ten Club (pearljam.com) and unfortunately do to circumstances out of our control we are not going to be able to make the show we purchased tickets for in Austin, TX.
And the way I interpret the aforementioned ticket policy, I (we) are cemented to these tickets...? Or am I missing some other stated policy somewhere that permits me as a TC member to sell to another TC member these tix for the EXACT same value I purchased them for? I am in no way trying to do anything nefarious, just sort of a waste of pair of PJ tix that someone else can buy and use and enjoy. The seating assignments are in the very far back 200 section...
My first show through TC was 1996 Merriweather Post, insane energy that night, over the top.
Respectively seeking help.
