Help Identifying Shirt

Hello all. Looking for some help identifying what this shirt is from. I came across it in eBay. What is this on the front of the shirt, and was this from a tour or anything specific?

98 yield tour shirt I believe 

F Me In The Brain

Given to fly shirt 
I believe it has leg specific cities and dates from that tour.
(BTW, it runs large.)

Thank you, a statue in Rome. This is really funny to me now because I initially thought it looked like a Lemur and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was lol. Thanks again.
