Checked Sonic Reducer off my White Whale list that night. Every time I watch Almost Famous, I think of the San Diego Sports Arena and walking through the parking lot before this show.

Fond memories of doing 5 shows in 6 nights that week, starting at Shoreline 20 years ago tonight. Shoreline -> Irvine(2) -> San Diego -> Vegas. Could have done 6 in 7 if I routed in Phoenix but I was exhausted after Vegas.

  • Eddie doing Arc during his solo shows was quite the experience.  Think I saw it twice.

Ed's 2008 solo tour I've seen Arc played 6 times. Santa Barbara, Los Angeles 1, Montreal x2 & Toronto x2. Quite an experience indeed.

The thing I remember most from the first performance of Arc was Ed's frustration. He clearly wanted it to go better than it did.

Holy shit you're right! He did play them both nights in Montreal! Those shows were wonderful. Remember the guy that Ed brought on stage for a beer after he was directing the crowd to sing small town lol?

Saw it once in Philly, was amazing
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

Indeed it was. Hope Ed comes back again and does another round of solo jams close to home.
