Help with claiming my tickets

So I just saw the confirmation email I got 2 weeks ago for each Dallas show but when I click the claim tickets link in the email it takes me to a dead link.  When I login to ticketmaster and go to my tickets there is nothing for pearl jam.  Can anyone help me?

    Try it from different browsers. Try it from your phone using data rather than wifi. Try it using an incognito browser window. These were all things that helped others. I needed to use my phone for it to finally work.
