How to buy Fan2Fan 10C tickets?

How do you access Fan2Fan as a buyer?   Is there a 10C code or sign-in needed to see the F2F tickets on Ticketmaster website or are these tickets available to the anyone, even non-10C members, once they are listed?

    F2F is not open right now. Once it opens back up you would just buy tickets on it as you would any other concert. It is open to anyone. But you have to be quick. The good seats go really fast.
