    I’ve had so many issues with TM, mostly related to my terrible ISP, but how does one force release an IP address? Something with Breezline makes all ticket apps, AXS etc think I’m a bit, it’s super frustrating.

    check your Router instructions for release and renew IP address - and would need to be on the router not the PC, PC would just get the same IP address from the router ( for WIFI) needs to be the external incoming internet signal. Would need access the admin console for your router most likely ( via your browser) 
    Thanks for all the help, my next move was going to be to do the ol' unplug and plug back in on the router, which sounds like it might work. Will just need to wait until after work is done for the day in a couple hours. I do some time sensitive finance work and can't risk messing up or losing my connection for now.  For those curious it did work to just turn off the wifi on the phone too and use the cellular for the time being.

    Still there, but errored out during checkout, but didn't get the "another fan beat you to it" message, assume it's now a phantom ticket

    Yes , you can tether to your phone and use its WIFI. If the connection speed is good, then youre good, or you can use your phone and TM app.. ( Some use that exclusively and it works too)
