    FML. Just bought tickets in section 219, Row L to Austin Night 2 because those 114s were still up  and I kept rapid-fire trying to buy them. I was pretty sure I added 114 to the cart, but somehow I sucessfully completed a purchase for 219.   :s

    That was dumb.

    I’m currently looking for Chicago N2 (Thursday) preferably aisle in the 100’s.

    Did the exact same thing yesterday with MSP2 and used the help with order option and got to a phone rep who ended up cancelling the order and issue me a refund.  You might want to give that a shot.

    Def worth a shot. Just tell them you definitely clicked on something else and the website malfunctioned before you realized it. Blame it on them but be nice lol

    Were those resale tickets? I was told with standard they might be able to cancel the order but not with resale since you're buying from the seller

    I tried that right away, like within 2 minutes of placing the order. Still waiting on a response. Your story’s encouraging though, so maybe there’s hope?
