F2F question

Does anyone know how the F2F is going to work if tickets are non-transferable?  
Is there an email or alert or anything about when this happens?  Or a definite timeline?

You list your ticket on TM using the sell button and then if someone buys it you will get paid by TM. It is supposed to open up sometime this month.
