Is Backspacer a rock opera without it being proclaimed as a rock opera?

Subject is a person heavily entrenched in substance abuse and goes through the peaks and valley's of abuse throughout the record with the unfortunate ending of his death,,,,

    Avocado is a quasi concept album.   Not quite a rock opera.  Backspacer??  I don't see it.    What albums are truly rock operas other than Tommy, Quadrophenia 2112 and the Wall.
