Fan Club tickets for St. Paul on 8/2 - What's going on?

I have gotten two emails with different seats for the Ten Club fan tickets for 8/2 in St. Paul, but still no tickets showing up in my Ticketmaster account. Looks like my card was charged twice already. The first seats were OK, the second time they were pretty mediocre. I just don't want upper level seats. Anybody know when we'll actually get VERIFIED seat assignment? What a mess!

    You'll have your pick of seats on 8/2 :wink:.  On a serious note, you will get another email sometime in the next week with your actual seating assignments for 9/2 since it has been incorrect twice thus far.  You should have gotten an email noting that yesterday, and there is also a message about it under member news in your 10C account.

    Yeah...like I said, it's a total mess. Never been so disappointed with Ten Club ticket sales before. Ended up getting a suite close to the stage with friends. Will likely end up reselling the Ten Club tickets. Hopefully they won't charge my card a THIRD time. Ridiculous.

    same brain damage here with my ONLY ticket request - STP2.....worst ticket buying experience in the 25 years i've been a 10C member...no way it should be this difficult.

    Yeah, it's a disaster. Even the "verified fan" public sale was a big fail for many. Ticketmaster just sucks. PJ should have found a better alternative by now.
