Reassignment Refund

Has anybody gotten the TM refund from the first seating reassignment…has anybody seen it hit their credit/debit card account?

    Not me. Charges hit today. Lost tickets from first lottery round too. $645 in charges for nothing.

    So I had three pending charges for STP
    GA N1
    Reserved N2
    Reassigned N2

    I just checked balances and I only have one pending charge now 

    Did I just lose N2?

    I am so confused

    I looked at my card. Half of my pending charges disappeared. The others went through.

    The shows that disappeared on my charges are Texas. So they may have cancelled those until they reassign seats so we don’t have double charges.

    Similar.  My St. Paul reassignment charges got cleared up and processed.  However, the correct Austin pending charge just disappeared.  I think I'm past the point of worrying and time to just let do.

    Chicago Night 2.  Got seats, charged.  Told I still had seats but would be refunded and reassigned seats.  Got reassigned seats, charged again, but never refunded.  2 charges of $325 with only 2 tickets.  I'll trust the process through the weekend of getting my original charge back but this is kinda silly.

    I have not gotten the refund yet. Charges hit today. I never got a reassignment, as my card was declined the second time. They sent me a link to resubmit the request, I have no idea what is going on with that request. 10C has been helpful, but TM has not responded.

    I just got confirmation that my refund was completed and the funds are back in my account.

    As of this morning my charges have settled correctly. 4 charges minus one refund. So in the end I have been charged for three shows and that is correct.

    As of this morning all my shows including the Texas shows are back in my pending charges. For the shows that already went through one duplicate was refunded one was not yet.

    It's a big ol mess for me. Was charged for my Indy tix. Then 2nd charge was declined because of funds on the pay card. I scrambled to add more money to the card so I would have enough when they tried the charge again.
    As of this morning. My refund came through for the first one, but still no charge and no tix.

    I had to pay fees to add money and they whole thing is a mess because I still don't have confirmation of new tickets before the verified sale opens.

    Credits hit my Amex card today, but are dated 4/26.

    Charges and the refund have all posted to my credit card as of this morning.

    initial charge dated 4-26 appeared 1am 4-28. funds were withdrawn on the 26th.

    reassigned payment removed this morning. still no reflection of the charge listed.

    no refund yet pending or otherwise.....

    Charged twice, one refund is pending. Got two different ticket locations. Then another email that said I might get reassigned AGAIN. Still no tickets showing in Ticketmaster account. Didn't get a "verified fan" code either...was told I am on a "waiting list". This whole thing has been a messy disaster. And I'll probably end up with shitty seats in the end.
