Handicapped/wheelchair seating question

Hello all, this will be my first pearl jam concert, and I'm planning to go to the St Paul show.I am needing to get 3 seats together with one of them being a wheelchair seat for a disabled individual who cannot get out of the wheelchair.

Whats the best chance to get this, I'm guessing pj premium?

Could only get two tickets max for 10c lottery and I'm waitilisted on the VF sale.

Any help or feedback is appreciated 👍 thanks!

    Contact the venue directly. If anything, they will have to accommodate the wheelchair person night of show.
