I failed to sign up for the 10c presale, but did the verified ticketmaster instead :(
Somehow when clicking through the website I signed up for the ticketmaster verified fan presale on April 23rd. I thought this was the 10c presale. I must have missed clicking on the correct button.... fml
So waiting for a decade to use my 10c seats again.. and I failed.
