What did I do wrong

Hey all. 

Just curious. I feel like I missed a step or something went haywire at Ticketstoday. 

I followed all the steps that were required and got this

Didn’t receive an email confirmation.  Didn’t see a $1 charge on my card. Never received an email saying I didn’t get tickets

Any guidance would be helpful for next time.

    Is your 10C email address different than your TM email?

    There were some mistakes made.  It's being sorted out.  Nobody got denial emails yet, as there are still some issues being worked out.  It should be worked out today, hopefully.

    No. Everything is the same. Just a little confused. 

    I’ve heard of people not getting confirmation email for their choices. I’ve heard of people not getting the $1 charge. 

    But not both. 

    Everything seems a little off on this process from other ones. 

    Not complaining about not getting tickets. I get I it’s a lottery and there’s no guarantee

    Step 1. Went to a PJ concert
    Step 2. Fell in love
    Step 3. Went to Pearljam.com
    Step 4. Signed up for 10c
    Step 5. Expected the lottery to work as intended

    That about sums up where things went wrong

    I've never had a $1 charge regardless of whether or not I've been selected for tickets.

    And there’s the problem. No consistency. Some do. Some don’t.  So now I don’t know if I was actually in the draw because I have no confirmation email or charge that says they got my request. Only a page that says that my request was submitted. 

    Maybe it’s time to include an extra step of sending out an email to all those in the lottery that the window is closed and the draw is happening at x:xx time and that you will start receiving confirmation emails for Show A at x:xx time, for Show B at x:xx time.

    Well whether you have a charge or not could be dependent on your credit card, though. 
    The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.
