2023 refunds

  So last year ticketmaster held so many fans money for months on end via fan 2 fan. They even sent cheques out to people who were out of country.  My cheque took 13 weeks to get.

But today they can issue an instantaneous refund and recharge.  WTF

    I haven’t gotten my refund this reseating issue since last night, haven’t this morning, and we’re supposed to be recharged today and find out our new seats. 

    What a mess.

    I just got a refund and I'm completely scratching my head because I only have Austin tix and didn't receive a reseating email but I DID receive an email saying I was double charged, even though I wasn't double charged at all.

    I have been charged twice....seats downgraded.....and no refund yet

    I just lost my seats. I was charged twice, and my bank flagged my 2nd charge as suspicious and declined it. Now I lost my tickets due to this. I'm furious.
