the email sent out with seat assignments did not actually correspond to the  confirmation under my account. What a day! 🙏🏽

    I heard that they are sending out reassignments based on seniority in other cities but I have not received this email for Austin. I suppose patience and a little faith is required here… sounds like this is not normal for 10c.

    My receipt number doesn't work. All I can do is blindly hope I still have tickets. I didn't have great seats to Indy to begin with, so the reassignment can't be much worse. LOL
