If you're getting an error message, we ask that you attempt to claim the order using a desktop/laptop computer with Google Chrome as a web browser. It will also help to clear your cache and cookies on the browser. If you have an IP anonymizer or VPN enabled, it will need to be disabled in order to claim the tickets. Lastly, please attempt to claim the order using a Google Chrome incognito mode page.
 
If the above methods are still getting an error, please attempt them on another device.

How are you seeing what you have?

One of the links didn't work on my PC, but when I claimed them on my phone, it worked.

Weird I’m on phone and not working and I am logged in

Same here. I got 1 email to claim tickets. The link doesn't work.

St Paul 2 moved from FLR R Row 20 to 105! Both nights are an improvement for me!

Got moved from 113 to row 21 on the floor for night one in STP. Disappointing. I wonder if I "got moved up or moved back" lol. 500xxx something number. 

Do I sell them now while tickets are scarce and hope to upgrade in the days leading up???

Went from 106 row 21 to Floor row 21. I'm short, so floor doesn't thill me. But they are aisle seats!

I'm happy to be getting both sides of the stage.  No complaints.  Also, I'm 174xxx

Thanks! I sent a help request but says 24-48 hours. I’ll try when I can get to my laptop. Appreciate the help

Copy the link and paste it into an incognito browser. Worked for me.
