    The amazing thing about this whole disaster is that it was so easily avoidable. A few simple stress tests would have shown the issues. It couldn't be that difficult to genereate a dataset from the member logs and to run entire simulations and the results would have immediately shown there were issues. When they introduced the previous system after the PJ20 ticket debacle they had the members help with prizes if I remember correctly. I hope the get a refund from whoever they paid for this system because they did a terrible job.

    I did this for the Arctic Monkeys at the United Center. I barely got tickets as I was clicking around like a madman trying to find seats!

    Same for me for both Arctic Monkeys shows in Toronto. 2000+ in front in the queue, finally get in and see quite a few seats and ever time I click it says another fan beat you to it. Super annoying. I would rather take more 10C seats even if they are further back and I’ll take my chances on upgrading rather than dealing with a public TM sale.
