Credit card problems with ticketmaster

Please I need help!

Im trying to submit the lottery but Im having a lot of problems.

I've already tried to enter with three types of credit cards, with different carriers, I changed browsers and computers. Always the same error: "transaction declined based on your payment settings for the profile".
I even tried with another tenclub and the same error.
I called my bank and they say there is no attempt to swipe the card.
Anyone else having this problem?

Already wrote to ticketmaster and pearl Jam, but today is the last day!

I used the latest version of Firefox (112.0) on Windows 10 and didn't have any problems.

hi! Tks a lot! I tried everything that they said, except for the facebook thing that I couldnt find... I will try a 3rd computer.
