Anyone have an opinion on the Courtland grand hotel? Didn’t want to tie up money on a hotel during Christmas season so I was waiting to score tickets. Now that I did I grabbed a room here this morning. Seems nice and less than a 20 min walk to the arena.2007 Lollapalooza

I'll just make a blanket post rather than reply to everyone individually about lodging. If you are coming for more than one night, I recommend NOT staying in the downtown area and/or near State Farm Arena.
The food and drink options in Midtown (first) and Buckhead (second) are well worth the hassle of taking MARTA (our "metro") or Uber. If you can spring for an AirBnB in VA Highlands, that's great too (no hotels there--except maybe the Clermont). If you are just flying in for one night for a show, then go for it. But if you're staying for 2-4 nights, I highly recommend staying in either of the 3 areas above.

I'd recommend side-of-street parking near the Tabernacle. Short 5-minute walk thru traffic after the show, and then you're out of there0

Would love a heads up before you drop these if it's not a bother. Thanks.
