A grand jury made up of regular everyday 'Muricans heard the evidence, listened to witnesses and voted to indict. The same standard applies when crimes are committed. Thus far, I haven't seen nor heard of any crimes committed by Hillary or Brandon. POOTWH has a lifetime of them.
